The Texas Wing Cadet Flight Academy-Glider will be held 11-17 July
2010,
at the Soaring Club of Houston (SCOH) near Waller, TX. Finalized cost is
$950.
If unable to pay all the tuition, some of your local outside
organizations (Air Force Association, or other Veteran Groups) and CAP
units have given scholarships in the past. The Glider Flight Academy
does not have any Scholarship funds. I will be asking the Groups to
assign a person in your area of the state to help you with this. It is
best to contact your unit commander for ideas. Request any scholarship
funds early, since they take time for approval.
