The CCSC is the fifth and final level of the
CTEP Progression Plan. CCSC is designed for cadet field grade officers,
C/Maj - C/Col (C/Capt with OTS credit), to provide the tools necessary
for these students to excel at the upper echelons of the cadet program
and succeed in the management of large scale activities.
Other areas of
focus include: leadership, teamwork, and communication as well as the
students own drive, initiative, and individual ability to lead and
manage effectively. This school reinforces material covered in Phase
IV of the Cadet Program, Achievements 12-16 and the Eaker and Spaatz
Awards, as referenced from Leadership: 2000 and Beyond, Volume III.
