extensive tour and briefing on the 3rd busiest airport in the
world...including a photo stop between active runways and a trip into
the nerve center...the Airport Operations Center.

27 July - KC-135 Orientation Flight: Monday was our longest day
on the training schedule. We traveled up to Tinker Air Force Base in
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as guests of the 507th Air Refueling Wing. After
flight briefings and acquiring in-flight box meals...the cadets stepped
out to the aircraft. Although rainy at ground level it was bright and
sunny at attitude and the A-10s could be seen up close and personal.
